Domremy, France

This church is dedicated to the memory of Joan of Arc and is located, appropriately, near her hometown of Domremy, France. Two women were visiting the church in 1925 and one of them, a Miss Townsend, asked her companion, Lady Palmer, to take her photo. The two figures in white that appear at the left of Miss Townsend, were not visible to either of the ladies when the photo was taken.
